Grandparents’ rights

Have you been stopped from seeing your grandchild or grandchildren due to a dispute in the family or a relationship breakdown?

Grandparents do not have an automatic right. However, the law recognises a child’s right to family life, and this is not necessarily limited to parents. It can also include grandparents who have supported and nurtured them.

If you are a grandparent who has been stopped from seeing your grandchild, then we can assist you. For further information, contact Denise Pinder on 0161 835 2446 or [email protected].
