Role Overview
We are currently seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Solicitor to join our expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced legal professional with a
background in RTA, Employers’ Liability, and Public Liability claims.
This role is ideal for someone who is looking to further their career within a supportive and

Key Responsibilities
● Manage a caseload of both pre-litigated and litigated personal injury files,
including RTA, EL, and PL, matters
● Draft and issue court documents including Stage 3, Part 7, and Part 8 proceedings
● Conduct negotiations and settlements with insurers and third parties
● Liaise with clients regularly to provide updates and gather instructions
● Maintain compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements
Requirements
● Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience managing personal injury litigation files
● Strong knowledge of the MOJ portal and civil procedure rules
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
● Excellent time management, organisation, and client care skills
● Qualified solicitor or legal executive preferred, though experienced caseworkers will
also be considered
