Further Leave to Remain

Further Leave to Remain

Visas are normally issued for a specific time period. If you have limited leave to remain in the UK, you will be required to make arrangements to extend your visa before the expiry date, or alternatively, leave the UK before your visa expires. When applying to extend your visa from within the UK, it is referred to as “Further leave to remain”. Each further leave to remain application has different requirements. We encourage you to instruct us to clarify this.
It is vital that you use the correct forms when making such an application otherwise it could be rejected and not processed by the Home Office. You may also need to meet the financial requirements and English language requirements, depending on the route you currently are on. For further information, please contact our solicitors.
