Mohammad Wajid is based at the Manchester Office of MWG Solicitors where he devotes most of his time practicing Employment Law which has been his main area of expertise for over 15 years.
He has extensive experience in advising individuals, companies and organisation’s both locally & nationally in all aspects of Employment Law ranging from advising on restructures, TUPE exercises & unfair dismissal claims. He is currently working on Employment Tribunal Claims for a number of Uber drivers following the landmark ruling of Y. Aslam & others V Uber B.V, Uber London Limited, Uber Britannia Limited.
Wajid is also a retained Advisor to numerous companies & organisations both in the public and private sector using his skill set and experience to help businesses achieve their commercial objectives.
In his spare time, Wajid spends considerable time working with two charities where he holds official positions.
